Has anyone taken fluconazole for esophageal or stomach fungal overgrowth?

(18M) How did you react to fluconazole? I’m on 150mg a day and it’s my 2nd day of it and it seems to be much worse than the 1st one. On the first day it just gave me anxiety, weakness for a good 4 hours but improved later. On the 2nd day it gave me nausea and I could barely eat anything and was trying to prevent vomiting. I did have warm skin on my face and ears and I’ve seen people say that it is an allergic reaction? Should I be worried? It gave me slight flushing but for few hours only and I thought its a normal side effect of a medication.

Let me know. Thank you

Experience with fluconazole?

Hello, during this endoscopy they found that I have gastritis and they think. Its caused by fungal overgrowth in my lower esophagus. I’m being treated with fluconazole for it. How’s your experience with it? Any bad symptoms? I hate it so far.

Please tell me this is MCAS

Be realistic, for an hour now I’ve been having a heart rate of 120, nausea, acid coming up, impending doom and weakness all at the same time 8 used to have these episodes a while ago but I thought I got them under control. Does this happen to anyone or should I be worried? Genuinely felt like i’m gonna die, no chsst pains, no nothing just all those weird symptoms that make me feel like I’m gonna die.

Dekui is anksto, kas turi patarimu idomu isgirsti.

I just got an endoscopy done and the findings were as usual for me - inflammation in the esophagus, some wounds in the esophagus etc. back on ppi’s but what’s different is this time I got diagnosed with fungal overgrowth which means I’ll have to take antfungal medication. Turns out I’ve had it for a good 5-6 months. My worst symptoms were constant brain fog, fatigue, acne - which got worse after the changes in my other symptoms too. And besides rhat of course nausea, bad gerd etc.

Has anyone ever had this and can relate to my symptoms? Not sure if I’ve found my answer or is it caused by something elss.

I’m undergoing testing for dyaautonomia and got a TTT in 3 weeks. I used to get something similar to adrenaline dumps but mine look different to other peoples. I checked my blood sugar it was 3.7. Of course its my mistake I didnt eat for 4 hours so only me to blame. But the problem is that I get so fogggy and disociated, that shakiness and tachycardia aren’t even bothering me. My BP stayed stable - at 125/67 during the episode. Blood sugar went up but 2 hrs after it I still feel like I’m in a video game or like everythings surreal and dimmed even if my HR is normal and sugar has also stabilized. I don’t have diabetes but I am prone to low sugar episodes. I’m just not sure if thats the adrenaline dumps doing their best to make me feel this way or is it actually something else to look into. I’m open to hearing opinions. It’s really ruining my life at 18.

I don’t have diabetes or at least not diagnosed ( been checked every 3 months). I just caught my blood sugar at 3.7 after I hadn’t eaten for 2-4 hrs. I have had these but I haven’t felt so shit. I felt fainty and just dissociated before but even after my sugar is 6.9 now and 5.7 I’m feeling unwell. Is that normal? Its been 20-30 minutes and I’m still feeling dissociated, unstable etc. My bp is fine at 127/65. Just looking for an answer if its normal to feel shit after such episode or if its not.
