Best Home Gym Setup for €200–230?

Hi guys!

I'd like to start working out to build some muscle. I'm a 25-year-old man, 175 cm tall, and I weigh 68 kg.

Unfortunately, my budget for equipment is quite limited at the moment—around €200–230. Do you think it's possible to get started with a home gym on that budget? Sadly, there isn't a gym anywhere near where I live.

In about 4–5 months, I'll be able to spend another €200–250 on additional equipment.

Could you give me some advice on what equipment I should buy first and which exercises would be best for a beginner with only a few pieces of equipment? Also, what are your thoughts on full-body workouts for beginners?

Need help designing a 28 m² kitchen, dining, and living room in one space

Hello everyone!

I'd like to renovate my dining room, which will also serve as the kitchen. However, I don't have a separate living room, so I'd like to include a sofa in this space as well.

How do you think it would make the most sense to arrange and furnish the room?

I'm planning to place the kitchen units along the 387 cm wall on the right side (the kitchen will be custom-built by a carpenter). This is also the wall where the window(s) will be located, although I haven't decided on their exact position yet.

On the floor plan, "Ajtó" means Door, and unfortunately the doors cannot be moved.

Any ideas, suggestions, or layout concepts would be greatly appreciated.

Struggling to Gain Weight on The Giant Program

Hello everyone!

I recently started the The Giant training program and I’d like to ask for some advice.

I’m a 25-year-old male, 175 cm tall and 67 kg. Unfortunately, I really struggle to gain weight. I don’t have a big enough appetite to eat the extra calories I need, and I also suffer from reflux, so I can’t eat every type of food either.

Has anyone here been in a similar situation, or does anyone have any tips?
