So I installed the harbor freight motorcycle rack hitch and my tires don't fit.
Like the locking pin won't fit in the front because the front tire is too big to fit in the slot. It's thin enough, but bigger than the alotted space.
The rear tire is just wide enough to fit in the slot, but just barely, and the locking pin won't fit.
Does anyone else have the rack and have any suggestions?
Hit 600 miles on my '18 TW yesterday.
Did the obligatory oil change, and installed a new skid plate.
Pegs and mirrors on the way.

One small issue I'd like to fix, the front fairing is loose all the time, Ill pull up on it to pop it into place, and it'll fall out slowly. Plastic doesn't look cracked... Would the headlight grill pull on the fairing?
I'm looking to add some handguards and change out the foot pegs on my TW. Lots of selections out there...
IMS for pegs and tusk for guards?
I'm mostly doing quick in town driving with weekends and specific trips for off roading.
Also wanting to change out the luggage rack on the back here. Came with a Man rack, I'm looking for something that is maybe mounted to not just the seat mount. Tusk the way to go here?
Any suggestions or preferences?
I bought a new carburetor from BPP, the $35 Chinese carb.
Got everything in and ready to put the tank on, and when I'm trying to put the hoses on, I noticed I'm missing a fitting. There's nothing on the site about needing a fitting pressed.
Looking at the first picture, it doesn't even look like it's drilled.
I watched a couple videos, and none of them mention having to install a new fitting. And even show the bike running without a fitting there...
Am I crazy, or am I missing something?

Pretty happy with the suppressor so far. I had an Aero Lahar 30L that was just too big and a bit gassy. I found this overwatch at a LGS for $750, and it weighs less than half of the Lahar. A win in my book.

Bang for buck is an understatement, especially when these go on sale.
