I'm an international students who wants to apply for grad school- international students please help

I'm 16(12th grade) and next will starting my bsc biotech next year, it is not possible for me to go to undergrad school, so I'll be applying for my masters

The kind of programs I want :

either 1) Msc biotech plus MBA dual degree

  1. MBA

I want to get into the business side of biotechnology and combine science with business. I saw similar programs at Upenn and UC Irvine but I've seen many people say that masters are just money makers for these universities is it true ??

Does the college that'll be getting my bsc from matter? Like the brand name. If I get the bsc from a govt tier 1 uni, will my chances of getting in be higher than If I get the bsc from a teir 2/pvt uni?

Also, if I don't get a suitable dual degree program like I mentioned, I'll ho for an MBA, so will my chances of getting into a business school be lower because I've an undergrad STEM degree?

What do they look for in international students applying for grad school, what are the determining factors? Give me any tips that I can use to build my profile in the 4 years, I'm ready to grind.

How can I contact any alumni who has done the course that I want or get some guidance from anyone experienced?? Because from where I come from, people know NOTHING about this stuff, there is absolutely no way of me getting any guidance.

If there are any people who have similar goals to me, and wants to have a friend to go through the journey tgt, feel free to DM :)

Any girl in biotechnology industry job PLEASE HELP

I'm 16F(12th grade) Indian student who is interested in biology and initially I thought that the highest paying career in this field would be being a doctor and started preparing for the entrance but in 11th grade I realized that I don't want to be a doctor at all so I won't be giving the entrance after 12th

I am searching career paths in biology that also pay really well and I came across biotechnology. In my country there is zero scope for any R&D career but I heard abroad there is scope.

My ultimate goal is to go abroad no matter what .

So I thought I would do a bsc biotechnology in my country then do a MS/MBA biotechnology dual degree which will help me get an industry job that combines science and business BUT people on reddit say that this path isn't even correct. I will have to gain experience by working to get into a top US MBA program and without job experience I can't even get into the business side of biotech, they say the dual degree is not worth it, etc

What am I supposed to do I'm so frickin confused. This is what I think about all day. I can't focus on anything, I'm depressed asf

Why would they hire me and give me visa sponsorship when they can just hire an American?

The job market is so fucked, they say academia isn't really a good career atm, I'm so stressed idk what to do

If someone has knowledge about this PLEASE help me

Will a MS/MBA biotech dual degree program help me get the kinda job I want?

Anyone doing the MS/MBA in biotechnology dual degree grad program pls help

I'm 16F high school(12th grade) student interested in biology and I don't wann be a doctor. So I'm thinking of doing bsc biotechnology in my country and then coming to the US for a degree in biotech plus business (preferably a t20 university). My goal is to get into a biotech business job and not an academia job at all.

Anyone doing that program can you please answer some questions -

How much did it cost ??

If you have completed it, what job do you do?

If you are still completing the degree, what kinda jobs are you and your classmates looking forward to?

I think you're supposed to do a 6 months internship for an entire semester, is it true? If yes, please tell me more about it

For getting into a biotech business job, is this degree and the career roadmap I've made accurate?

Is the degree worth it? Do y'all get placements in big biotech companies? I saw some redditors say that a dual degree of science plus mba is a waste of money and that I should js do the masters in biotech then work my way into the business side. Is this true?

What are the skills you guy's are taught that are relevant to a job related to biotech business?

What exactly do you learn??

Ik I'm asking a lot of questions but as an international student, it is impossible for me to get an advice from any alumni in real life. People around me don't even know about ts so this is my only way of getting real advice 😭

You can answer any question you would like

Can someone with a biotech business job on US help me review my plan ??

Can a person with experience in biotech business review my career plan? I'm 16F

I am a pcb student, js entered 12th grade and was preparing for neet last year but I do n't wanna be a doctor anymore. My ultimate dream is moving abroad ( I'm serious and not one of those people who are js having fomo of having fun while studying abroad, I'm ready to live in the smallest apartment, working to pay off debt and doing jobs during masters if it means that I'll have a successful life ahead)

I've been considering doing bsc biotechnology here, then get into a masters in science plus business degree in the US at a t20 college and then get into the business side of biotech. Some of the universities who offer that program are upenn, Columbia, UC Irvine, etc.

Since I wanna get into business side of biotech, do y'all think this is a good path of education??

I saw some redditors say that bsc is the most useless degree, spending on mba dual degree abroad is useless and that I should only do the masters in science biotech and then get work experience in the industry and then get into the business side SOMEHOW.

What my understanding is that - I will get a masters in biotech plus business degree from a top university and then get a job like biotech business analyst, is this the right path or am I just assuming some bs?!? Wil I actually get that job after doing the degree I'm mentioning ( ofc I'll also focus on skills, internships, building a good cv, etc).

If anyone know someone who has done this, PLEASE HELP MEE. I'm confused asf and can't focus on anything, ts is all I think about all the time. Ik I'm js 16 but I'm not good at living in the present.

Another concern is that - what college should I get into for bsc that will help me build a profile for college apps? Which is the best for this

My\_qualifications:10th grade -95% belongs to Maharashtra board, preparing for CUET, still going to a meet coaching because it has almost same syllabus and I won't get a refund🤷🏻‍♀️
