Language skills overhaul is causing traps to make an awful repeating spellcasting noise that wont stop until I save and reload. is there any known fix for this?

What the title says. I'm having an issue where the seat/steering wheel stops locking the player movement after a while in the come sail away mod. Anyone who finds the incompatibility will get 75 usd. Whenever I click on the steering wheel after sleeping in the bed it doesn't lock my movement and allows me to walk off the boat. If I reload the save I am stuck and can't move as if im paralyzed because even if I go into tcl I can't move. Any help would be appreciated.

What doesn't work is the setting for the health bars to appear only when you have damaged the npc. I have paypal so dm me or leave a comment if you can do this.

I'm looking to commision a mod for OpenMW or get help in creating it myself. I'm looking to have a performant version of visible finery and multiple rings combined into one mod, the first mod makes belts, amulets, and rings visible in game and the second allows you to wear more than 2 rings. The problem with these mods is the scripts aren't very optimized which is apparent when using the F3 menu and lua profiler in game. I'm willing to pay 100 US dollars for this mod and that is negotiable.

Cant stop running. The always run key wont work to stop it.

What the title says basically, Ive been looking for them to make a texture mod but I've had no luck whatsoever. If someone could point me to the files specifically for clothing that would be heavily appreciated.
