Bedroom door scrapes due to raised (?) tile

This one tile is higher than all the others causing our bedroom door to get stuck, it will fully close but is pretty disruptive. It used to not stay open, would swing close & get caught on the tile so I’ve tightened the screws on both top & bottom hinges in hopes to bring the door closer to the frame also in hopes it would raise it a bit but no luck. Any solutions/suggestions are appreciated!

PFL as a father

Part venting, part question.

My wife’s due date is today so I chose today to start my leave from work (I am taking the full 8 weeks off), I started the application a few weeks ago & chose when my last day would be (yesterday) but it wouldn’t let me choose a day in the future. So I resumed my drafted application & it’s asking for my unborn son’s DOB & proof of relationship.

If my wife doesn’t even go into labor for the next two weeks, then it takes however long to provide proof of relationship (could be 2-4 weeks for a birth certificate) & I have to go back to work in August does this mean I could go over a month without getting paid? That’s not even including how long it’ll actually take my application to be processed & approved!

I would’ve worked up until the day she went into labor but even that sounds unjust (the father gets no time to mentally prepare for a baby or be home to help ease the stress of their wives?). I wish my HR coordinator would’ve explained this to me, but I know I have no one to blame but myself for not doing ample research. I’m just frustrated & the fear of being a new dad is already heavy enough.

Can I set my wishing well on fire without overcrowding?

I don’t have many gaps between all of my other tattoos so I feel like I have the room to add flames to it, what do yall think? Any & all input is welcome, thanks!

I’ve been going to INO pretty much my whole life & have never seen them bust out the moving boxes for a single order before. One of the receipts said “30 fries” lmao
