Slip on Options?

Just got a cbr500r wondering what mods would be good if any. Firstly looking for a slip on. Although im not desperate but if there is a decent aftermarket, relatively cheap slip on that isnt embarrsingly loud thatd be great. Just a touch more than stock is ideal imo.

Is it worth it.

New to the Kawasaki world but possibly will be joining. Looking into selling my cbr500r and getting this damaged ninja 400. It's low km's and a 2022 but it is a little rough around the edges and the front reinforcement bar behind the front headlight cowl plus the headlight cowl are damaged. Need to replace at least the headlight cowl and probably the reinforcement bar behind it. Just wondering if you lot think it's worth it.

Probably a dumb question but is it normal for grey smoke to come out of the exhaust on start up? It's only really for a very short time on start up. Seems like it could just be condensation which means steam but I'm not sure. The bike is probably running rich as well.

Sold my seat concepts low seat now not to sure where to go. Thought reupholstering the stock seat would be a good idea but is the plastic base an issue when actually having an effective widen seat? Should i get another new seat entirely? Working with $400 aud but im open to anything. Any options/suggestions are welcomed

Not sure what to do with my seat. I currently have the seat concepts low seat which came with my current bike and I personally think it's very uncomfortable. It's harder than the stock seat. The seat being low I personally don't really need. So my options are sell this seat buy a more comfortable seat, put gel or make the current seat more comfortable or use the stock seat which I could reupholster as well and make significantly more comfortable
