I’ve been working on a small project called DailyJig — a simple daily 5x5 jigsaw puzzle you can play instantly in the browser.

No downloads, no account, just one new relaxing puzzle every day.

You can track your time, moves, and streak if you want to challenge yourself a bit

No download, no account — just open and play. Pieces snap together and form groups as you solve, so it’s pretty quick but still satisfying.

It’s been a nice little daily ritual for me.

I’ve been working on a simple daily puzzle game (very quick, just a few minutes to play), and one thing I’ve been intentionally doing is only using real photos instead of AI-generated images.

I’m curious if that actually matters to players or if most people don’t really care as long as the puzzle is fun.

Do you notice the difference?
