I stopped guilt, tripping myself on the first day of my period

I feel the need to write this, in the past year or so I’ve completely stopped guilt tripping myself and being harsh myself for not being productive on the first day of my period. I’m menstruating, my body is going through changes. I could really give the least fuck about doing anything at all. If I’m gonna lay in bed all day eat and be on my phone so be it, I feel so much peace and at ease. To just mentally let go and be kind to myself. This is the time to love my body and let myself just rest and do me, whatever that is even if it’s absolutely nothing. Have any of you ladies felt this way too?

Cracked glass stovetop UPDATE

Just a quick question to all the kitchen appliance repair man, this is a Frigidaire glass stove top. As you can see the crack is only on one coil. Is it still safe to use the other ones? I would rather not have to buy a whole brand new stove. I looked for the actual piece on the website with the model number and it’s out of stock and no one sells just the piece.

Update: so I spoke to an electrician about disconnecting the burner and removing the wires to that burner underneath the crack he said it should be fine and just to use electrical tape and tape them up, since no electricity will be generated to that burner it shouldn’t be a risk anymore.
