New TikTok Shop UK seller struggling to get sales. Looking for experienced sellers who can guide me

Hi everyone,

I’m a new TikTok Shop seller in the UK, and honestly, I’m finding it much harder than I expected to get things moving. I’m posting here because I could really use some advice from people who have been through this journey and understand what actually works.

I’ve launched my own beauty brand, and my first product is a serum. I’ve already manufactured 3,000 units, so I’m fully committed to making this business work. This isn’t something I’m just experimenting with for a few weeks. I genuinely want to build a successful brand on TikTok Shop.

The problem is that I’m struggling to find the right direction.

Here’s what I’ve been doing so far:

  • Sending around 200 affiliate invitations every day to TikTok Shop creators.
  • Approving sample requests and sending products to creators who want to promote them.
  • So far, I’ve approved around 30 samples, but haven’t generated any sales from them.
  • Trying to figure out which creators are actually worth targeting, what metrics I should focus on, and how to turn all this effort into sales.

I’m honestly overwhelmed by the number of creators on the platform. Should I be targeting creators with 5k followers, 50k, or 100k+? Is it better to work with smaller creators who have an engaged audience, or focus on people who already generate TikTok Shop sales? How do you identify creators who can actually convert rather than just make videos?

I’m also unsure whether my problem is creator selection, my product listing, pricing, content, or simply the way I’m approaching affiliate marketing.

I’m not looking for shortcuts or overnight success. I’m willing to put in the work, invest in the business, and learn. I just want to make sure I’m putting my time and money into the right things instead of blindly sending hundreds of invitations every day.

If you’re an experienced TikTok Shop seller in the UK, I’d genuinely appreciate your advice. What would you do if you were starting again with 3,000 units of stock and no sales coming in?

I’m based in the UK and would also be very happy to meet up for a coffee with experienced sellers who are open to sharing their knowledge. Sometimes having a conversation with someone who has already figured things out is worth more than watching another hundred YouTube videos.

If you’ve built a successful TikTok Shop business, scaled through affiliates, or launched a beauty brand, I’d love to hear about your experience.

Thanks for reading. Any honest advice would mean a lot.

2020 Audi A6 S line – Can I get a digital speedometer in the centre display?

Hi everyone,
I’ve got a 2020 Audi A6 Black Edition S line in the UK. My car has the standard analogue speedometer, but there’s an LCD/driver information display in the middle between the speedometer and rev counter.
I’m wondering if there’s a way to display my digital speed in the middle LCD screen, rather than having to read the analogue dial.
Has anyone managed to enable this?
Any advice or experience would be much appreciated. Thanks!

TikTok Shop UK company details stuck “under review” for 3 weeks — anyone else experienced this?

On 6/8/2026 I updated my company details on TikTok Shop UK and completed all of the verification requirements, including submitting the requested business documentation and completing identity re-verification/selfie verification.

TikTok Shop says:

“Information update under review
Qualification review within 7 working days.”

It has now been 21 days and there has been absolutely no meaningful update.

I opened a support ticket on 15/8/2026, but every response I receive is essentially the same generic message saying that the matter is “undergoing a thorough review”.

There is no explanation of what is actually being reviewed, whether anything is missing, whether there is a problem with the documents, or when the review will be completed.

Has anyone else experienced this with a UK TikTok Shop?

If you have, I'd really like to know:

• How long did your review take?
• Did it eventually get approved?
• Did you have to escalate it?
• Did you find a way to get an actual human/team to look at it?
• Did TikTok ever explain what was causing the delay?

I'm particularly interested in people who had already submitted all requested documents and completed ID verification but remained stuck on “under review”.

At this point I'm trying to work out whether this is a normal TikTok Shop delay or whether something has gone wrong with my verification.

Any experiences or advice would be appreciated.
