Im planning to learn swimming and I'm looking for good swimming classes in Lalitpur. If you have any recommendations, please let me know!

Since it'll be my first time, I'd also love some advice:
• What should I bring to my first class?
• What should I know before starting?
• Where can I buy a good swimsuit, swimming cap, goggles, and other essentials in Kathmandu/Lalitpur?
