For those taking sublinguals, how many are you taking a day? And has anyone found them beneficial?

Hi all, does anyone else experience the sun burn sensation on their legs? Its my main symptom and it freaks me out.

Hi all, as the title suggests, i have been experiencing leg tingles and burning for the last 6-7 months. Tjis all started during an extremely stressful and anxious period of my life. Truth be told, the initiator has now gone but my main stressor and anxiety trigger is my health now

all blood tests and physical tests have come back normal. Only thing to come back officially low is b12.

My family thinks im losing my mind lol. I met a psychiatrist last week who wants to start me on an antidepressant. She says im not depressed but highly anxious which is true. She also said anxiety can cause burning skin and my low b12 is adding to it.

Has anyone experienced anything similar to this and have you recovered?

Hi all, hope all is well.

Ive been suffering from lower limb issues this year. It all kicked off from intense stress.

Symptoms include

-burning legs and thighs, especially inner thighs
-hip pain that comes and goes
- groin pinch that comes and goes

All blood tests bar b12 (136pmol) have been perfect. All STD testing negative bar hsv1 @ an igg of 58 which is most likely oral hsv as my family members gets cold sores

My Dr thinks it’s stress. I don’t doubt stress has played a massive role in my symptoms but i feel like im missing something.

What you guys thinking?

Hi all, i have been experiencing weird symptoms all year around which have been unexplainable as all my results have come back normal. All my symptoms started during an extremely stressful period in my life and i thought it was just stress.

I recently asked for a b12 test (in uk) and my current reading is 185NG/L. My Gp called and said this is a lower but normal reading. I have not done a b1 test as of yet but i have a history of alcohol abuse.

I have been experiencing

- parastesia and burning in my legs
- buzzing feet and toes
-internal vibrations
- dizziness when i stand sometimes
- severe anxiety
- muscle aches and pains

Just wondering what you all think and whether my symptoms could be caused by a deficiency.

Hi all, i had my 6th jab yesterday. Definitely in the “wake up” period as my symptoms has worsened after the 3rd jab.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced flu like symptoms (achy joints, malaise, general illness feeling) during their first couple jabs? Or have I caught a flu lol

My b12 is 136pmol and i have burning and parestesia in my thighs predominantly with some feet buzzing.

Hi all, i hope this is an appropriate place to ask this question

2 weeks ago, my mother had a dream that she killed
a big black snake. The snake was after me and she protected me. I handed her the rock and she violently killed it. She said she was hitting the snake even after it died.

What’s interesting is- 1. I have been experiencing health issues this whole year. No dr has been able to tell me why im experiencing the symptoms ive been experiencing. They have put it down to stress.

Today, messages were sent to my mother. Someone who she trusted looking after her mother has been conspiring against our family. She has been in contact with witch doctors. Some of the messages described how she wants my whole family eliminated. I am from a country that wholeheartedly believes in witch craft. These messages have been sent to 3 different people who have translated it and have warned my mother about this woman.

Last year, i asked this woman to pray for me. Certain things in my life were going against me and as i knew she was religious, i asked for her prayer. She prayed and she jokingly asked for payment (so i thought). One prayer came true. She then asked for payment again. I brushed it off as i’ve known her 15 years and i thought she was just joking. The second prayer did not manifest and i totally forgot about it. This may or not have any relevance to what’s occured but i sent her the money today without any communication.

Does this dream have any relevance to what’s gone on? I have no experience in dreams but it seems to big of a coincidence. My mother says the dream only made sense to her after she received these messages.
