Guys i have a question to deal with a porn and fap addict cousin

So yes my heart hurt me tbh for him but cant help it i gotta act like idk anything. So my cousin who is alot around me is a porn and fapping addict which make me disgusted tbh cause why would a 24 year old be watching porn and anime shit etc... And his hygiène is bad and his room smells like porn and tbh he living miseable . Tbh i feel dissapointed and sad how can a men like do such a thing its a dissapointment but i know people do it either bcs they hurt irl and they dont wanna face it or they just addicts. I never understanded this addictions like how can a women submitt a man by lust. Imagine ur like created and all things and ur dad is a man and a girl submitt you like a dog (sorry but thats how i feel). Me personally i neither watch porn nor masturbate i know everyone do it but i dont. Yes i have high testosterone and libido but i got my desires in leash. I dont look at girls lustfully and if a girl was wearing lusty i dont look at her at all. So i left the subject.
