Intense stress causing breast pain?

I will be the first to admit I have health anxiety which definitely isn't helping my case here. However, before I go dropping money on doctors appointments I wanted to get some more insight outside of Google.

I usually get breast tenderness/soreness/nipple pain before my period, that isn't new to me. I'm about a weekish away from that starting though. I'm currently dealing with nipple soreness as well as slight swelling/soreness on the top of my left breast. There's no hard lump, it just feels like swollen tissue from what I've felt. trying not to mess with it too much to make it worse or get in my head.

Now the stress. This past Saturday my husband and I woke up to find our cat paralyzed from the waist down, howling, crying and we had to wait two hours to get him into a vet and finally put down due to a blood clot. It was traumatic, my blood pressure skyrocketed enough I was almost sick a few times, and I had my usual panic response which I haven't had for a long time (I shake like a leaf from adrenaline dumping). That being said, the past few days have been emotionally intense, I didn't eat a real meal for two full days. Sunday I noticed the nipple was slightly sore but I shrugged it off. Yesterday (Wednesday) I noticed the top of the same breast was kind of sore and felt slightly swollen. I wouldn't say there's a lump, more just inflammation i can move a bit. my panicked brain googled and yes, high stress causes hormonal fluctuations which can lead to breast pain but of course it's always recommended to get checked out. Just in case I've been keeping Castor oil on it (worth a shot I thought) and I've just been trying to keep my mind off of it.

has anyone else experienced something similar? I dont mind making an appointment, but it's happened a few times where whatever my concern was disappeared or alleviated itself before appointment day.

any insight, advice or even tips are appreciated ❤️

Smosh Character ACEOs!

I've been struggling with my digital art so I went back to my physical roots and did some other character cards!

Weird natural phenomenon or accepted gift?

so I've been drawn to start working with a few dieties/gods/etc, one of which being Hecate. I'm moving slow, mostly just speaking or praying to them and offering little gifts on my little alter . This morning after cleaning it I looked out my window and saw a dandelion. Not only have I heard that's Hecate's flower but I had an intense feeling I needed to pick it. It wasn't an intrusive thought, but a full body nudge that isn't mine (sounds crazy I know but I don't know how else to explain)

Within 10 minutes after I did my alter work, offered the flowers (I picked 3) to Hecate and thanked her for being with me, one of the dandelions closed up. I know they do so quickly, but I didn't think it was that quick. Within a few hours the second one closed. Noticing it was kind of odd I took a closer look, the one that has remained open since this morning (around 10am, currently 5:45pm) is the first one I noticed and got the nudge to pick. This seems strange to me but I'm not sure if it is

okay this is kind of an odd question I suppose, mainly because it's hard for me to explain fully.

There are times I get what I call energy waves, like a cold chill but without the cold or goosebumps that would follow, that originate between my shoulder blades kind of like where wings would be if we had them. They tend to happen during prayer, manifesting, or even times I'm just talking aloud to who or whatever is listening. I'm just confused on what that is. While they have gotten more prevalent over the years, they're never consistent. It's not every prayer session, not every manifestation, and I can't force one fully.

For instance, this morning I caught myself in a low moment so I said aloud "I'm worth more than this" and was immediately struck intensely with one of those waves. I've posted this question in witchcraft and babywitch for some insight as well, the only response was someone saying it sounds like frisson. I absolutely experience that as well, but this is different and sometimes random.

Does anyone have any ideas about what these are? Is there something I haven't tapped into yet that I need to?

TIA
