Joker 2 High Ace

Roomier than I anticipated…I have wide feet. Much wider than Adidas Adizero Select from 2023 (had to use a tennis ball and a golf ball to stretch out the “throat”). They’re not as long as the Adizero Select either (both sized 11).

Went up half a size for these (11) and they’re as a wide as my 10.5 Wide New Balance p400.

Gonna wear them more around the house before I try breaking them in a bit shooting around a few times then pickup.

Shuttle/Shooting Mix Drill?

What do y’all think? I’ve been adding these to the end of my practice routine to really get reps shooting tired.

Deadlift form check

Yo! Y’all gave me some great advice on my squat video the other week…I ordered some barefoot flat soled shoes.

How does my deadlift form look? Same scenario here for me—it’s been a few years…deadlifts always seemed to give me an issue when I was younger.

I’ll post an updated squat form next day that lift comes around 🙏

TIA! 🙇‍♂️

Any improvement?

How am I looking these days? Been a little while since the last post and I appreciate all the feedback.

https://www.reddit.com/r/BasketballTips/s/8JrW9vjgtg

I did end up joining a men’s league, my lack of endurance was my biggest liability. Really focused on defense and hustling for plays. Took low volume shooting but shot 50% from NCAA 3. Game high was only 6 points, but was 9% of the teams score that game. Maybe I’ll post some footage and get feedback from game speed plays? Starting another league soon that I think will be more my speed…I don’t think I have any business guarding a current D2 player in a mixed A/B competitive league lmao

In the past a lot of y’all think I should scrap the fadeaway, but man I’m dedicated to make this shot fall.

It’s all love, all the time ✌️

Thank you in advance 🙇‍♂️

High bar squat form check

Haven’t been in a weight room for a few years, how does it look?

I’m sketched out about the high cushioned shoes to do anything beyond 95% body weight for 8-12 reps.

Also…maybe unrelated—I’m running a deficit, about 1.2 lbs lost per week over the last 3 months, with a goal to increase my vertical jump. Should I be aiming for 1.75x bodyweight or more for reps on this movement?

TIA!
