So I want a shampoo which keeps my hair smooth and keeps my scalp sebum free, my hair gets greasy within 3-4 days and idek why. I was using himalaya anti-dandruff shampoo and it kept my hair smooth and the sebum didn't build up for like 4 days, but my scalp gets dry by using himalaya shampoo. Idk what to do... Any recommendations?

Okay so I was trying a tampon for the first time today.... in my 1st try it was stuck only half way and couldn't go further in. I thought maybe i did something wrong and asked other girls who had used a tampon before, they told me what to do so now again, I tried AND IT DIDN'T GO INNNN I tried LITT EVERYTHING idk what to do anykore and i just wasted 2 tampons because of it literally.
