I had a really bad flare up this morning, shaking, crying, hyperventilating, feeling like my bones want to escape my body. Thankfully my wonderful partner is working from home, he does everything he can to take care of me. After he got me settled back into bed, he pops back in and says

"if it makes you feel any better, Ted Turner just died."

After a second I responded simply "it does."

He let out a laugh and closed the door. Even at my worst he knows how to cheer me up.
