Mentally Feel Good But No Libido

I'm 23. I have been prescribed HCG. But I mentally feel good. I just have no libido. My testosterone repeatedly tests as low. I used to have all the symptoms of low testosterone like brain fog, feeling angry all the time, ect. They have gone away. I feel good everyday. I have changed my diet to include alot more fats and I honestly was expecting my levels to have increased a lot on my recent test but they haven't. I'm looking for advice if I should take the HCG due to my low levels. My goals for doing this would be to get a better libido and more gains in the gym.

Crashed Testosterone From Calorie Deficit and Overtraining - 23m

Hello I need some help. About 2 years ago I was doing a keto and almost no fat diet at the same time while running excessively everyday. I did this for about 1.5 years. I had an ED, I lost alot of weight I was 58kg 185cm. Before then my libido was fine. Since then my libido never returned and I have been doing weight lifting in the gym and have tried eating more/ eating more fat. But I struggle to put on muscle. I am currently 71kg and 185cm.

So I took a blood test (multiple since 2024):

Total T: 11.9-12.8 (ref 10-35)

Free T: 358-372 (ref 225-725)

LH: 4 (ref <9)

FSH: 4 (ref <9)

Oestradiol: 95 (ref <100)

SHBG: 16 (ref 10-70)

I have been prescribed HCG and TRT but have only used the HCG. It fixed alot of my problems I got my libido back, I feel more assertive at work, my voice got deeper, I dont feel depressed all the time. I don't know what to do. What else can I try to fix it before committing to HCG or TRT long term. I really need help and guidance I have no one to speak to about this issue. Please ask any questions if I left something out.

HCG Monotherapy vs Enclomiphene

I am 23 years old. I have normal LH/FSH signaling but have low normal testosterone and free testosterone. I did try HCG for 1 week around 1100IU per week. But I already had high estrogen and it just made it worse. After my first injection it looked like I was growing tits. I have increased my SHBG by taking stress off my liver (11-->16). Should I try enclomiphene or try HCG again at a lower dose around 500IU per week.

Thinking of Moving to Melbourne - Just Bought Unit in Perth

So I recently bought a unit in Perth roughly 485K near the end of 2025. Kind of regret buying so fast. I want to move to Melbourne and eventually buy a unit there, a cheaper one. I used my first home buyers to not pay stamp duty on my unit. I have an active mortgage. What's the best way to move and eventually buy in Melbourne ? What should I do with my unit in Perth?

HCG Mono-therapy? 23m

Hi I'm 23m I've been talking to a clinic and they prescribed me 100mg Testosterone and and HCG and an AI.

I don't know if I feel comfortable going on testosterone yet as my LH and FSH are signalling properly. I was planning to just do the HCG alone and possibly an AI if I noticed symptoms of high estrogen.

I already have moderately high estradial levels and don't want to grow breasts is my main concern. Does this seem like the safest and right move for me due to my age ? Ive been talking with my results with chatgpt and i may have secondary hypogonadism.

Pay Cut For Better Job Opportunities?

Currently working in Purchasing for $120k, FIFO 8:6 roster. If a position became available I would be able to move to the city office on same salary but roughly 10 hour days. I have the opportunity to make the move to Procurement officer within manufacturing locally, in a different company, pay is roughly $90k. Standard 8 hour days. I have a mortgage and have run the budget, would be able to afford it, if I made less extra contributions per month. Job pay opportunities are higher for procurement jobs. I'm thinking after I get a few years experience I will be able to get 100K+ jobs in town. I am in my early 20's.

Current job is super super cruisy. Too much so that it's actually quite boring. I have learnt everything I can in this role.

Basically, Is it worth the pay downgrade for the career opportunities down the line?

TLDR: Should I leave my current job (120k) and take a job that pays less (90k) but will give me more experience and increase my earning potential in the future.

Low Test @ 23 years ?

I have what I would consider low test and low libido. (23M 185cm 70kg, go to the gym everyday, eat super clean 99% of the year). I did try tongkat Ali for 3 days and my libido was crazy it felt like when I was 18 again. But I had to stop due to sleep disruptions. Now it's back to normal and I rarely think about sex. I'm wondering if it would be a waste of time to go to see an endocrinologist due to my age and being within the normal range? Ignore the test when I was under, I was doing keto at that point, I've stopped that now. I would be interested in going in trt.

Light Mustache But Dark Eyebrows/Hair 23M

So I have always had a really light haired Mustache but Dark haired eyebrows and head hair. What can I do about it to make my Mustache darker and less "baby blonde hairs". Also can't grow a full beard only sidebruns and patchy chin hair.

I'm 23M with what I would consider low testosterone for someone my age/fitness and activity level.

My levels were tested twice in 2024 first was 8.2nmol/L and second was 12.4nmol/L. I tested last month it was only 12.8nmol/L (The reference range is between 10-35nmol/L). Since my test in 2024 I have been actively going to the gym everyday and lifting weights and eating in a calorie surplus most of the time for the past couple of months.

My thyroid and vitamins D levels are normal. I'm 185cm and 69kg

I also eat super healthily 99% of the time. The only time I cheat is at Christmas time. I don't eat anything fried and cook high protein meals at home basically for every meal. I'm active everyday including the gym I do 10,000 steps in the sun as well as bike rides everyday.

I have had a low libido probably for the past 2-3 years. Before that I used to be alot more horny on the regular. I get boners at night when I'm sleeping 70% of the time. I can't grow a beard. I get waves of anxiety and depression.

Is it worth looking into getting prescribed testosterone?
