Trying to get documents signed

I did my medical part 2 before part 1 since I was given them off order. I’ve been requested to have a doctor complete forms 2762 and 2770. Unfortunately my family doctor passed recently and am unable to find a new one for at least two months. The medical technician I interviewed with said a walk in will do it but I attended 3 walk ins today and all refused to fill these forms. I have my part 1 medical booked next week would that doctor be able to take care of this for me?
