Is this still good?
I bought this THC honey at the Sasquatch music festival in 2012. I know honey doesn't go bad but what about THC honey? I just found it at the back of my cupboard.

It's hard to find sardines in Canada other than Brunswick or the Asian/Caribbean style ones in tomato sauce. I found these when I was at the dollar store last week for $1 CND. I had super low expectations due to the poor variety available in general in Canada. I was actually kind of shocked when I opened the tin tonight. I'll be buying more for sure. Too bad it's a product of China but I think they're only processed there.
I wanted to see what my 5K is to see where I sort of stand overall. I'm a 43 year old male. It's my second run but for the last year I've been doing a ton of distance walking. It was super hot, full sun, no shade and my right calf wasn't feeling great. So I probably should have waited but it's going to rain the rest of the week. I had my units set to miles so I went a bit over but close enough.
Last year I started distance walking so I would be on the trails seeing runners all the time. This year I decided to just start running myself. So I need new clothes since hiking gear is too bulky. I have some shorts on order and a water belt. But I was wondering why I always see the high socks. Maybe 1 in 10 will be compression socks so those ones make sense to me. But the other 9 in 10 are just like cotton socks. I don't like wearing any socks in my Merrell Trail Glove 7s let alone cotton. I don't want to actually ask them cuz that would be weird so I figured this is the place. Also don't they end up giving a weird tan line? If it wasn't for that I would wear compressions and will for sure in the fall and winter.
This is my second attempt at rooting. My Baby's Tears have been doing awesome. I've heard to let them get 2 inches so I don't know if I should wait or not. These are maybe 1 inch.
I used to buy a Canadian natural deoderant called Routine. I really loved the scents and I noticed the one that had activated carbon worked super well. But it's also more expensive than the rest and they are expensive in the first place. So I decided to try and create my own. This isn't for sensitive skin or anything but it's cheap and works well. I used clove for the scent because I already had it. I do really like it though. I might get some grapefruit oil to mix with it. I honestly have no idea what measurements I used. I'll try and work that out as I make more and tweek it. But these are the ingredients I used and the texture seems to be identical to the one I was buying. There are lots of recipes online with ratios to get a good guide line for making your own. I'm going to fill some of my empty tiny glass dab containers with some to take on the go as well. Also this amount of ingredients will make a crazy amount. It's the coconut oil that would get used up first but I ordered way way too much activated carbon. I'll never use it all up. You don't need much.
I had a Monstera with thrips but I haven't had one on it for a while now so it seems taken care of. I understand how their life cycle works and that they can fly. The part that confuses me is that my Hoya Bella doesn't have thrips and never has. It's not far away from where I put this. So why did this immediately have a thrip on it? Do they seek out cuttings? If so why haven't they gone after my other cuttings? Was this just bad luck?
The 2℅ milk doesn't expire for more than another 2 weeks. They must have thrown it in to make the bag bigger.
