What’s the best way to pitch a startup, without someone stealing your idea.

I have a few ideas, call me a dreamer. Some of them decent, some admittedly pretty lame. However every once in a while I feel like I come up with a gem 💎. Something that in my head is useful, could be profitable, and can solve problems and make lives easier. However I’m a finance guy, I’m a licensed advisor, I’m not a tech guy or even a logistics person. There are some ideas id like to share to help find people to help me implement and build the project. Whats the best way to do this haha. I dont want to be the Winklevoss twins of my idea.
I need an app developer :) 👩‍💻

Looking for my next role.

Good morning.
36 M. Looking for my next role. I worked for a bank full time for 8 years all while getting my masters degree. (Bach in accounting , MBA technology management concentration of finance and accounting). Left the bank worked 2 years for a NFP as a financial analyst. Left that to go into financial advisement. Got my LAH , SIE, S6, S63, S65 and was an independent advisor for 2 years. Left that after some burnout and went back to a bank setting working in a hybrid model basically as a licensed banker but mainly focused on wealth.
Work off a $75k base salary but am heavily compensated with commission to where my take home (though not guaranteed) is $100k+

Though I started my professional career very closed to opportunities I have been more open to seeing opportunities through as they come up, with that being said I would love to put myself in a long term position that I can grow in and potentially retire from. I am fairly happy where I am at currently however I foresee potential relocation in the near future (1-3 years) and am more open to exploring opportunities. Ideally I would love if I made a transition it would be hybrid work model heavily favoring remote with maybe corporate visits a few times a month. This would give me flexibility with my family as well with potential relocation.

As far as what I would like this role to be (though I’m open to all things finance) would be analytical and get out of client facing positions if possible. Whether that be a financial analyst role again or combining my investment and analysis experience to do investment analytics. I would also be open to aml or other type options. Really anything that would enable me to be more remote.

Ideal salary $100k+

Looking for get a general idea

Looking to get a general value for both the lot together as well as everything individually. Like what would a silver quarter be valued on its own to a collector.

Bagged and tagged nickels from recent boxes

Here is my assorted collection over the last few weeks from my nickels rolls. Seen here is after about 4 boxes.
Curious if anyone needs or wants anything seen. If so make an offer. Otherwise I’ll add to the collection.

Finished sorting through my box of halves, quarters and nickles. Only thing I kept was some nickles,

I like nickels as I swear most people don’t hunt them. At least to me I find some keepers as I keep everything I find pre 1960.
3 1940, (4) 1941 and (2) 1942 . Stacks are duplicates , coins are in order from date.
Also 1 2036 and a bristling coin that hopefully someone can enlighten me on
