Mountain bike spd shoes

I have a pair of spd cleats and shoes , however when I walk in the shoes my cleats definitely touch the ground. Are shoes typically supposed to have recess cleats so they don’t touch the ground when walking ?

Drop bars and flare

I have a gen 4 Domane with shimano 105 spec. I really want to change the handlebar to flared ones, so that the hoods curve inward, like you are shaking someone’s hand, putting the wrist in a neutral position.

Question: are shimano 105 12spd compatible with flared drop bars ?

Rotate handlebars or move hoods

I wanted to bring the hoods down so I rotated the handlebars , is it ok to do that or should I only move the hoods and leave handlebar vertical center always ?

Angling hoods inward for ergonomics

I always used flat bars for a while and always had numb hands until I got ergon grips bc it puts your wrist in straight position , with that in mind

I got a drop bar bike last year and my bike size and fit is perfect but I get numbness in my hands 20 minutes in and I believe inward hoods would put less bend in the wrists and compression of nerves in the wrist .

Question:
Do I need special handlebars to do this like flared etc?
I have shimano 105 12 spd (mechanical) bike

Online check in charges that shouldn’t have been

On a recent travel I had tried to check in 4 times through out the day on the American Airlines app, which included 4 bags each time (180$). So 4 times 180$

The app however never went though fully each time but I still got charged 180$ four times on my credit card

How do I get these charges removed ? I called customer service they said the only way is to add the number of the bag and last name on the website in the refunds section but I don’t have any bag numbers because the app never went through.

Ashland Capone wallet- disappointed

I’ve had the Ashland Capone wallet for sometime and I notice the bills develop a crease from the cards pressing against the money in the closed position . Making it more prone to tearing

I would NOT recommend this wallet

I recently brought an Apple Watch from my local store but they gave me the smaller band option .
My wrist is 175mm and the small band maximum is 180mm, I’m at the second from last whole. Should I exchange it for a larger band ?
Is second from last whole to small of a band , my previous watch I was at third whole from first
