I ve been planning to move to Japan for a master degree in international relations
Waseda and ICU got my interest
I manage to apply for ICU and now it’s the time that I can apply to waseda as well but something pulls me back since idk if I should go all the way since thinking about how much money I’m gonna spend but the money aint the problem is just the matter how im going to use it if its worth it or not
I want to become a diplomat of my country and then final goal to become my country’s ambassador in Japan or to have a some sort of relation between Japan in this regard . The thing is eventually I need to go back to my country after the masters since I have to take an exam for diplomacy position and this got me thinking since i guessing there is a low chance getting hired after masters even if i learn the language .

I’m looking for my next trip in Tokyo Japan to get my first tattoo in (neo-traditional Japanese) if this is how it’s called and to be small sized and detailed
Anyone know Tatto artists or Tatto places that can manage this in Tokyo ?
