Protein mug cake
Add Two Oreos in 70ml milk, crush and mix them.
Add a scoop of chocolate whey, baking soda (1/2tsp), 1tbsp cocoa powder, 2bsp Oat flour, 1/2tsp stevia.
Airfry at 160 degree for 8mins
Around 385cals, 30g protein.
Enjoy 🫶🏻 (also, a tip.. Add a mashed banana to make it fudgier. It will increase the cals tho)
