How to figure out pricing for a domain

I'm selling "zumesk.com", it was for a side project and now I feel like I just carry it for no reason. The name's short and agile, but don't know if it's worth so low or so high because a 6 character name .com domain sarting with z and having a good "esk" is nice and a startup could buy it for a lot of money. Write pricing suggestions

Founders selling to RevOps at 50-500 employee companies

If you are a founder and your ICP is RevOps at 50-500 and selling big numbers, I need you.

Hi, I'm researching how founders selling to this audience got their first design partner and 10 clients so I need your help if this is you!

So last two weeks I spent researching about a product and dozens of people had that pain point, so now I have build an MVP that I could barely sell and I'm searching for two design partners, but the point is that I have no idea how to sell to that audience. They would never trust and work with a small startup which you can't even call a "startup" yet.

So my questions are:

  1. What method did you use to get your first RevOps design partner and how long it took you to convert him to revenue?
  2. How long did it took to get your first design client(not convert him to revenue only a small *partnership*)
  3. How did you find your first 10 clients and how much time did it took?

I'm looking for all type of strategies/methods you used to do those across LinkedIn, cold email and stuff like this.

Thanks!

I’m looking for 3 RevOps teams to use something I’m building free for a month.

I’m looking for 3 RevOps teams to use something I’m building free for a month.

The idea is simple: most RevOps teams already have dashboards telling them when a metric looks wrong. The harder part is figuring out why it’s wrong. A pipeline number changes, CRM data stops matching the warehouse, enrichment starts writing bad data, billing and Salesforce disagree, or a workflow keeps running but the output is wrong. Nothing necessarily “fails,” so every status page can still be green.

Then someone has to jump between Salesforce or HubSpot, the warehouse, billing, enrichment tools, spreadsheets, logs, and everything else to trace where the problem started.

That’s what I’m building around. It connects to the systems your revenue team already uses and helps surface what changed, where the issue started, which systems or records are affected, how long it has been happening, and the likely business or revenue impact. Eventually the goal is not only to detect and investigate these problems, but help resolve them too.

Criteria

- Roughly a 100–500 employee company. Smaller is fine if you have a serious RevOps setup and budget for this type of software if it proves useful.
- You use a lot of software across the revenue stack, not everything inside one system.
- You work with tools like Salesforce/HubSpot, Snowflake/BigQuery/Databricks, Stripe, enrichment tools, marketing platforms, support systems, etc.
- You’ve actually dealt with bad data, broken workflows, inconsistent numbers, revenue leakage, or issues that were difficult to trace.
- You’re willing to give direct feedback during the month.

There’s no charge for the first month. I’m mainly looking for teams with a complicated enough stack that we can test this against real problems instead of fake demo scenarios.

If this sounds like your team, comment or DM me with your role, company size, and roughly what your RevOps stack looks like. It's three spots left so hurry!

How do RevOps teams deal with revenue leaking?

Hey “RevOps and DataOps”,

Working on something in the revenue operations space and trying to wrap my head around a specific problem before I go too deep.

The pattern I keep hearing is that dashboards tell you something is wrong, but not what, where it started, or how long it's been happening. By the time a number turns red, the damage is already done and tracing it back across your CRM, data warehouse, billing platform, and whatever else is in the stack can eat up hours.

Curious if this is actually a painful thing for RevOps or DataOps teams at software companies, or if most people have figured it out already.

Two questions if you have a minute

  1. How does your team handle it today?
Any tools, workflows, or manual checks that actually work? (Or honest answers about what doesn't?)
  2. If it's a real problem, roughly how costly is it?
Doesn't need to be precise, even a rough monthly number, or even just "significant enough that we have a dedicated person for it," is genuinely useful.

Even a short "yeah this is annoying and here's what we do" type reply would help a lot.
Thanks.

Revenue maybe leaking without you noticing!

I keep noticing the same pattern in RevOps / Sales Ops teams:

A dashboard turns red.
Everyone knows something is off.
But nobody knows where it broke without manually digging through CRM records, syncs, lifecycle stages, routing logic, billing data, or duplicate records.

By the time someone finds the root cause, the damage is already done.

From conversations I’ve had, the hardest part usually isn’t seeing that a metric dropped.
It’s figuring out:
- what changed
- where it changed
- whether it was data, process, or automation
- and who is supposed to catch it before revenue is affected

I’m curious how people handle this.

- Do you rely mostly on dashboards and manual investigation?
- Have you built alerts for specific failure points?
- What kinds of issues actually cause the most leakage

Have you realized revenue is leaking from your organization?

I've been researching how RevOps/DataOps handle this.

In my experience and talking to people in similar roles like those, they are not even aware that revenue is leaking only if they see a dashboard once in a while and wonder, why, but still it's difficult to find out where and have to manually scrape the entire CRM, data warehouse or whatever, but by the time it's resolved, revenue has been lost.

- How do you even deal with this?
- Are you using a software that detects those issues or you just let revenue leak?

It would be more than lovely to reply if you have a same problem I just described or just discovered it.

Sales tool feedback from professionals

I’m building a sales intelligence / lead gen tool that is different from Apollo, Zoominfo and everything else but how could that be?

See, these giants have spent years building massive legit databases with enrichments and stuff but no one has actually knows who is buying now because they prioritize quantity over quality and outreach blindly after.

So what I’m building is a revenue intelligence tool that is built just to find leads with buying signals (hiring, tech stack changes, etc.) powered by an API waterfall to find the right leads and avoid scrap —> enrich —> deliver and then close them from the product dashboard ( multi-step sequences, inbox, tracking, AI suggestions, etc. )

I’m interested to see if any SDR has this exact problem problem and if this software would help them, also wanna know if I wasted 3 months building this product.

Who is actually using productivity apps?

Everytime I try to use Notion or Asana or a habit tracker app either I get bored and delete it the next day have done that with Notion a couple times or I just have it JUST in case ( never use it just sits for months before I delete it and then re-install it again )

How is your experience with productivity apps and what do you use if you do

Early startup sales journey

I’m launching a revenue intelligence startup now “as everyone else” nowadays and I’m wondering how it will scale fast without dying.

So my questions is. Has anyone worked in sales at an early stage startup and it came out to be a successful company? If yes then what strategy did you follow to achieve that and how much time did it take to reach something big ( e.g. 1M-2M ARR )

Sales by Donald Trump

It’s a thing even Donald Trump and Eipstein were even concerned about and no one has answered it to this day.
Could you be the one?

If there was a sales intelligence platform that delivered only quality leads all with buying signals (hiring, funding, tech stack changes, etc. ) which delivers around 500-1000 monthly leads but actually high intent which would be wild percentage of closing them. Would you choose it over any other provider like Apollo or Zoominfo which delivers from 2k-6k bulk leads per month?

Eminem Sales

Does someone recommend me Zoominfo? We are a small startup of 10 people and we are looking to invest in a sales intelligence tool that will deliver quality leads.

If there is any other tool that actually does the job I mentioned “Bringing quality leads in the table” I beg you tell me.

Like something combining buying signals and stuff
