Please explain personal symptoms

Its been 70 days since infection. Having stomach issues etc. Getting fatigued etc. (Please dont ask why i am not taking art meds atm)

When does latency period start? please share personal stories because I need to survive an year without ART meds

I was negstive for 4th generation at 40 days and undetectable for pcr quantaitative at 43 days which had a minimum limit of 40/ml per copy

Then on 56th day turned positive for 4th gen test.

Please someone explain

How long does it last, does the person feel fine? Do acute symtoms past beyond two months?

I had insertive anal sex without condom with a prostitute. Ejaculaated inside. (I already had hasv) Had a trst of 4th genetation elisa at 40 days which was negstive. And a quantitative pcr test 43 days which was undetectable however face rash appeared in 7 days along eith penile bump on the shaft. Doxy got rid of it but week 6 had all symtoms swollen lymph nodes, faituge fever, couldnt sleep or eat. Had the test shich vamr back negstive but symtoms still remain like oral thrush, swolen lymph nodes, rashes all over body. Pain in muscles.

Please anyone explain. Wth is happening

I am without treatment because i am in uae. I need to keep working with art meds for one year until my contraft ends. I have fatigue fever swollen lymoh nodes in the back rahses allo over my body inncluding face and head. Orsl thrush, cant sleep or eat properly snd losing wright.

They say latency periods makes it so thst you dont have any symptoms. But when will it start?
