Developing a seafood allergy

Are there any herbs that could de-escalate the allergy getting worse or just help support my health. I work at a seafood restaurant and I’m trying to leave but I have to keep working for a period and need some support.

Worried I’m developing a seafood allergy, I work at a seafood restaurant

When I’m at work my chest gets red and all the skin that comes in contact with the seafood is extremely itchy and I’m starting to get red spots. The rest of my body feels sore, my eyes feel itchy, and I am just in general itchy all over. I don’t want to have to quit and if I eat stuff that had close contact with seafood I’m ok but I don’t want to risk eating it straight up because I don’t have a lot of money to go to the hospital. I am going to make a diy allergy test my boiling so seafood at a low temp and concentrating the broth. Then soaking a piece of gauze and taping that to my skin and my boyfriend’s skin (as a control since he is not allergic). If it’s possible is there a way to keep my job and treat this so it doesn’t get worse? I have allergy medicine I can take but I don’t know if I can afford taking it every time I’m at work. What should I do?

Creating a seal on myself, is it a good idea?

I have experience with glamor magick and currently reconnecting with my craft. I am audhd and ocd and am currently trying to find ways to cope with these as a young adult who has to work and go to school. I am extremely socially disabled and have used glamor magick a lot in my life to counteract this. I would boost my likable traits and hide behind beauty. I was also a Lilith devote for a while and those aspects of myself were amplified. Now that Im hustling and have no free time I find my social mask slipping, I am exhausted and burnt out. I am rebuilding my craft as well. I was thinking of creating a glamour that would act as a seal so when I’m at work I could maintain my social personality. It would be like masking but in glamor form so I’m not doing it consciously and the energy would be externally sourced. Is this a good idea? Do other neurodivergent practitioners do something similar? Any advice?
