I completed all my interview rounds for Stripe on June 22, 2026. It's been more than eight business working days and I haven't received any communication. I have also emailed the recruiter, mentioning that I have a competing offer, expecting them to at least give an update, but so far there has been no response. Is this normal, or is it a signal of rejection? Any views on this might be helpful for me to move forward rather than waiting for an answer.
I need advice on how working for Stripe has been, particularly at the Bengaluru SDC location. I have seen many reviews, mostly poor, about management and higher-level management. I need to know the truth about the culture for this location, particularly how Stripe is as an organization to work for, and what kind of expectations are being set.

However, after the final rounds of interviews, I have always received rejection emails. It feels like I am wasting valuable opportunities to secure a job at these great companies, especially since not many people even get the chance to reach the interview stage, yet I keep getting rejected after every round.
