I recently had my first dry needling treatment on my upper traps and had absolutely no pain.

I asked my physio after the first side was done if that was supposed to be painful, and he said "oh yeah" noting I didn't even blink so I must have a different relationship to pain than most.

Now of course, in true adhd fashion, I'm fixated.

How often do people not feel pain during dry needling?

And I truly mean no pain, and actually no feeling as all - and now I'm trying to remember the last time I felt something that I would classify as pain outside of child birth.

My husband and I have been together for 9 years, and have two children together. I've recently realized that my MIL and FIL don't know me at all.

Not even superficial stuff, like my birthday or what I do for work.

I know I don't talk about work because.. Why would I? But my MIL was trying to tell me I should use AI to do something legal, and I said, "or I can use my professional experience from my career for the last decade..." Apparently she thought I was a bookkeeper when I'm an EA for a partner in one of the largest firms in our city and literally process that paperwork regularly.

My birthday is a few weeks after my FILs birthday. A few years ago, while I was pregnant, they invited us over for a birthday party for him on my actual birthday.

It just made me realize that they don't know me at all. This can't be normal.... Right?

Our Wiggles tonie disappeared a couple of weeks ago. At first, I assumed it would reimmerge naturally, but finally today I did a deep dive look through everything. I can't find it anywhere.

What's the weirdest place you've found one? Give me ideas, I'm going to loose my mind

I've only been on vyvanse for a few weeks now and am hovering at 20mg.

My first few days I was exhausted. I took some of the best naps of my life.

Yesterday was my first break day and I'm exhausted again. Took nearly a three hour deep sleep nap...

Is this going to be normal if I skip doses some days? Anyone else get this?

I'm not a good rule of measure for this because I'm extremely paranoid about the digital privacy of my children.

My SIL works at a daycare. She tells me about the kids and shows me pictures. Not like general things like what activities they do, like "this boy is autistic and isn't potty trained at 3 and a half, his parents don't even try" I disengage from these conversations cause I find them inappropriate.

Personally, I would feel so violated if I found out one of my child's daycare teachers was doing this. But I wonder if I'm the exception or if others feel the same way.

So due to the area that I live in, and the fact that I still like to go for walks, every few weeks I end up having to call 911 for an ambulance for a person who is unconscious and alone.

I would LOVE if operators started asking more yes and no questions. Just because they appear unconscious, doesn't mean they are, and I don't want to say "y'all definitely need narcan" so a yes or no question asking if I suspect drugs to be a factor when I'm calling about a unconscious person in public would be so great.

(and, yes, I know people are going to say I should carry narcan. I absolutely will not. I go on walks with my small children and will not do anything to put them at risk. I only even touch individuals if I can't see them breathing. Calling for help is the best I can do, and if I'm alone, I stay with them and monitor their breathing via sight)

I am extremely pale, except my arms and chest. Likely from sun damage. I don't know why this has never occurred to me considering I love skincare... It's just been so long that it's been this way that I never considered it.

Is there anything specific you guys would recommend? I want to look as ghostly as my genetics intended lol

Available in Canada, but I could get a friend in the States to bring something up for me if it's superior.
