When do you stop worrying?

I got the clear test from my doctor last month and I'm over 4 months postop, had my follow up to check for recanalization and he didn't notice anything wrong

Even with all that, Everytime I have sex with my wife in her ovulation window I'm ALWAYS worried, does it ever get better?

How to best build the space wolves combat patrol?

Just got my wolves combat patrol today and I'm not too well versed in 40k, my friends and I plan to play the. Combat patrol mode before moving into 1000 points but we're not gonna do WYSIWYG for the combat patrol mode.

What are the best wargear options for each unit? The only one I've built so far is the wolf guard captain and I gave him a power weapon and storm shield

Why doesnt my cat like to play?

I've had my cat moxxi for almost 7 years at this point, when I got her she loved to play and I would play with her all the time, but recently when I try to play with her she just...doesn't,

I run around like I used to with her favorite toys to actively engage her and she just sits there and looks at me like she knows it isn't prey, but just me with a stick, ive tried everything and I just feel like a horrible owner since I can't give her the enrichment she needs

Any advice?

I feel stuck. Need some direction

I've been learning for about 3 weeks now, I've learned all of hiragana and katakana in that time and a lot of the particles and grammar rules. But after going through an anki deck that had a lot of common phrases that use kanji I feel like I've got analysis paralysis, there's so much to memorize and a ton of kanji look similar but mean totally different things

I tried using genki instead of tae Kim's guide but genki almost feels TOO textbook, (like when am I ever gonna need to know the word for bicycle?) I don't want to give up but I'm not sure how to proceed, some advice or anki deck recommendations would be helpful

Is genki good as a foundation for an absolute novice?

Been learning about 3 weeks now and in that time I was able to remember and recognize 100% of hiragana and katakana as well as Dakuon and yōon forms (pretty proud of myself for that) and I had heard tae Kim's grammar guide to be a good next step because everyone I talked to said Genki, despite being the most popular was a "waste of time" "teaches stilted Japanese" etc etc. but I got up to the section on verbs and noticed I wasn't having as much fun as I was when learning kana. When I was learning kana it felt like a game and every right answer was that one step closer to feeling myself progress, reading through the guide it was kinda overwhelming because it was just "here's what this does, okay moving on , here's what this does" ad nauseam and it just made me wanna put it down

I find i work and learn beat with short bite sized lessons that then have me exercise what I learned, and from what I learned that's kinda what genki does (it even has a workbook!)

So I wanted to ask a wider group of people here instead of a few discord friends, is it worth using genki as a base for getting started and maybe when I'm more versed and practiced coming back to tae Kim's guide? Or even just use it as a genki supplement. For now

Can someone explain why Konichiwa (こんにちは) ends in the character for Ha (は) and not Wa (わ)

So I'm learning through Duolingo (not the only thing I'm using but it's the easiest, and while learning greetings I got to Hello which is written out こんにちは, which to my mind reads Ko-n-ni-chi-ha, not Ko-n-ni-chi-wa. Is there a reason it's written with one character but sounds like another?

Yakuza 3 remastered or kiwami for a 1st playthrough?

So I'm going through all the Yakuza games in order and now that I'm wrapping up 2 I have to play the one I'm dreading ,3. I've heard there's no real good answer here, with Yakuza 3 remastered being clunky and old (Blockuza 3 harhar) and Kiwami changing alot about the story along with some questionable casting choices,

For a first run through which should I be looking towards?

Current kill team collection!

I have almost every team so far but I'm running out of space to display them! I'm only missing novitiates and navy breachers, and of the current 47 teams in the roster I've fully painted 27 of them and I'm working on the Tau stealth suits (I totally didn't forget to put them back in the case for photos, they're just cloaked!

And before anyone asks here's the link for the platforms: https://www.amazon.com/HENABLE-Acrylic-Display-Organizer-Tabletop/dp/B0C6YDZWN6

And the cabinet: https://www.amazon.com/UNICOLY-Tempered-Cabinets-Assembly-Required/dp/B0DX1GKH3F

How's everyone painting their Spectre squad?

Just got the red terror box and plan to paint the spectre squad first, I've never been a HUGE fan of the basic cadian color scheme as it's a little too basic so my plan was to paint them as if they were an Ordo Xenos specialist squad, I was debating on how to do the cloaks however, either do them red like the fatigues or in a drab grey, thoughts?

Assassin's creed origins running SUPER hot

Tried playing it on deck today and it immideatly sounded like a jet engine taking off, after about 30 minutes of gameplay I checked the performance overlay and the CPU was sitting at a cozy 98 degrees and the fans were on full tilt,

Even on medium preset locked to 30fps this game gets toasty, is there something I have to change or is this one of those "just because you can doesn't mean you should" games on deck
