Assassin's creed origins running SUPER hot

Tried playing it on deck today and it immideatly sounded like a jet engine taking off, after about 30 minutes of gameplay I checked the performance overlay and the CPU was sitting at a cozy 98 degrees and the fans were on full tilt,

Even on medium preset locked to 30fps this game gets toasty, is there something I have to change or is this one of those "just because you can doesn't mean you should" games on deck

Tried Two thin coats, incredibly impressed

I've always had bad luck with GW mephiston red so I decided to give TTC a chance, this is the best smoothest red I've ever used, I will never buy another GW paint

How do you paint your runes?

The wolf scouts are my first Space wolf units and the tutorial I'm following had me painting them silver like they're made out of punched out steel, but the more tutorials I watch in finding out they're supposed to be rocks? Or bone?

Is there a set rule to paint them?

Wolf scouts WIP

The prime ron the first 3 was a little too sparse so it kinda gave the armor a rough speckled texture, the rune priest however is much better

Posted a few days ago how bad Russ grey was, it was my fault

Posted how I hated Russ grey because it was coming out rough and chalky, turns out it was my error, the mini wasn't primed well enough so even though the layers of Russ grey were smooth it was SO smooth that it was picking out every bit of texture in the primer

Tried some glazing on my wolf scouts but it kinda just came out chalky

Not sure if it's a primer issue a glazing issue or a Russ grey issue but I feel like it looks bad now

Advice on my first 2 space wolves?

Finally tucked into my space wolf scouts and I'm liking them so much I might make them my 40k army proper, how did I do on these 2?

The armor is Russ grey, the shadows are 1:1 The fang and rhinox hide, the highlights are fenrisian grey then blue horror on the highest points, I like it but I feel like the shadows are a bit stark, should I maybe start my glazing shadows with just the fang next time then do the rhinox hide mix in the deepest parts?
