Avoid TCL tvs

Hi, I just got a TCL tv and I loved the device but hear me it's been just 2 weeks of use and the devices motherboard gave out I called rhe technician and he confirmed that and initiated a repair upon asking multiple times for replacement. Now the customer care doesnot respond properly put me on hold for an hr and are impolite. No resolution who would in right mind get a motherboard replacement for this new tv would love to sue them in the consumer court, anybody knows how to go about it in India.

Looking for a 43inch TV under 25k + Soundbar

Hey guys,

Need some help deciding on a TV setup and honestly the more I read online, the more confused I get 😅

Primary use case:

Watching football (this is the biggest priority)

Streaming content online (Netflix, Prime, YouTube etc.)

No gaming at all

What I care about most:

Good picture quality, especially for sports/motion handling

Good sound quality (completely okay buying a soundbar separately if that makes more sense)

I’ve been seeing very mixed opinions on TCL, Hisense, Xiaomi, Samsung etc. Some people say TCL/Hisense give the best value, others say to avoid them completely and just go with Samsung/Sony/LG. So I’m genuinely confused about:

Which brand is actually reliable long term

Which model would suit my usage best

Whether spending extra is actually worth it for my use case

Would really appreciate recommendations from people who actually own these TVs, especially if you watch a lot of football/sports.

If possible, could you also suggest:

TV + soundbar combos that work well together

What screen size makes most sense

Which brands/models to avoid

Budget is flexible if the jump in quality is genuinely noticeable.

Thanks a lot!
