Bad week

I gain back 2lbs this week. I haven't been doing well with OMAD this weekend. I was eating earlier and having snacks outside my meal window.😮‍💨

I'm gonna work on getting back to my schedule today. I was so disappointed to see the weight gain.😭

Update: lost 13lbs

As of today I have officially been on omad for two months. I started at 168lbs and now at 155lbs. I honestly still dont see much of a difference visually. But hopefully when I loose another 10lbs it'll be noticeable lol.

My goal weight is 120. So I still have alot to go. But Im just happy that Ive been consistently loosing weight🤗

Caster oil

I heard that castor oil can help with hair regrowth. Have anyone used it on their hair? If so did it work and what brand did you use?🤗

Lost 3lbs in a week

The last time I weighted myself was on the June 10th and I was at 160lbs. I weighted myself again today (June 18th) and I lost 3lbs (157lbs).

Is loosing 3lbs a week too much?

The secret of OMAD

I dont feel conformable telling people im doing Omad because I dont think they'll understand it. I feel like they will think that im starving myself or thats its unhealthy.

Does anyone else keep it a secret that theyre doing OMAD?

For details: I started eating omad a couple months ago but only during mon-fri and on the weekends I would have two meals a day. But lately I've been really unhappy with my weight and would like to start making changes. I started by cutting out sugary drinks (exept smoothies that i make from home) from my diet and have only been drinking water

I discovered this subreddit last week and wanted strictly follow the omad plan. I offical started omad on May 1st.

So my question is are smoothies okay to have during the omad plan? I usually take one to work since I stopped eating lunch a couple months ago.
