Petra Kvitova Wimbledon Tribute

As Wimbledon is approaching, I wanted to dedicate a post to Petra Kvitova. I wasn't a fan of Petra Kvitova when she first burst unto the scene just because I hadn't known her game. At the 2004 Wimbledon finals, I was supporting Sharapova just because she was the favorite. As time grew, I fell in love with Kvitova's first strike tennis and found myself re-watching Kvitova's 2011/2014 wimbledon matches. The 2011 quarter finals against Pironkova was such an exciting match, either could have won and Pironkova was so dangerous on grass. The 2011 Semi finals against Azarenka was equally exciting. The 2011 Final against Sharapova, you could tell the stars aligned for Kvitova to be crowned the champion, all her risky shots hit the outer edge of the pristine white line. The 2014 3rd Round against Venus was such a pop-corn finals worthy match. Both held serves all the way until the deciding end of the 3rd. Both played high quality tennis. Genie had absolute no chance in the finals. One might argue that only Serena might have beaten Petra when Petra was playing un-playable tennis at Wimbledon. I felt Petra should have always won 3 or more Wimbledon titles. It is such a shame that her unfortunate incident took away some of her best tennis years. Petra will always be one of the tennis royalty at Wimbledon.

Most Classic Wimbledon Ladies' Match

In my humble opinion, it has got to be the 3rd round match in 2014 between Petra Kvitova and Venus Williams. Petra Kvitova won Venus Williams 5-7, 7-6(2), 7-5 in the thrilling third-round match. That match was extremely high quality lasting over 2 hours. It displayed first strike tennis at its best. It was anyone's match with Kvitova only securing a break late in the 3rd set. That match would have been an exciting Ladies final match.

Olympics Opening Theme Song

One of my fondest memories of the Olympics was watching Celine Dion performed the Opening Theme Song - The Power of the Dream at the Atlanta 96 Olympics. She had such a brilliant performance. The 96 Atlanta Olympics will forever hold a special place in my heart as the world was not so divisive and everyone was just cheering for one another. I wish Celine would perform again at the 2028 Olympics.

How to manage sleep while on Tirz

The lack of sleep while Tirz is getting to me. How do you guys manage sleep? Constantly getting just 5 to 6 hours is frustrating. Does GLP-1 really cause people to get lesser sleep?

Rescoring Mao Chan 2014 FS program.

I would personally give Mao Chan's free skate a score of 158. It is technically the most difficult program at 2014 Sochi. She had 8 jumps. There is no way she only place 3rd for free style. The sad thing is even if she aced her SP, i think the best finish would still be 3rd. Like no matter what she did at that games, she could not get Gold.

Seeking advice

Hi there! I am someone who exercise regularly and have lost a ton of weight over the past few years. I had a BMI of 24.9 previously and is now 19.5 BMI. Despite that, my Non HDL Chol is still 176 mg/DL ( normal range is <130). I started off at 200 MG when my BMI was 24.9. My LDL is 155 mg/DL. previously it was 170 mg/DL? What can i do to reduce it? Must i go on statin? I know my mum has "Bad cholesterol" so it might be hereditary. I don't want to go on statin because i don't want to be poked by needles ever so often.
