What does it mean to 'predict' on the LSAT ?

Is it having an idea of what the right answer will do ? Is it developing your own possible answer to the question ? A bit of both ?

Are LSAT questions repetitive?

Hello all,

I keep hearing the statement that "the LSAT is just one question being asked 20 times". Is this statement true ? If so, could you please provide some examples of this ?

Do Narcissists not mind negative narcissistic supply?

Narcissistic supply is needed for narcissistic survival. However, does it have to be positive forms of attention? Could it also be negative forms of attention?

How does normal narcissistic entitlement look like ?

A sense of entitlement is one of the criteria in the DSM for NPD. How exactly can this manifest in behaviour ? Some psychologists offer more direct or extreme examples, such as 'considering oneself to be above rules, social norms, etc..". However, how does entitlement manifest in your behaviour? Do you consider yourself "too important" or "too great" to follow certain rules? Do you expect special favours from others or expect them to do as you ask because of who you are?

Do Narcissists steal, lie, manipulate, and, even, terrorize others?

For my psychology class assignment, I read a fictional case of a 17 year-old boy who stole, lied, manipulated, and terrorized others in his high school. In one event, he stole airpods from another student and threatened to "smash her head open". He justified his actions by saying he was superior and, thus, had the right to take what he wanted whenever he felt like it.

Obviously, the first diagnosis would be Conduct Disorder, but the professor said NPD was the main condition at play. This definitely has to be an extreme case of NPD to lead someone to engage in such anti-social behaviour, since most narcissists still have a moral compass, feel guilt, and still have some level of empathy for others (albeit little).

Is a case of NPD like this possible in real-life ? Can it be so extreme to cross over into the territory of being psychopathic like the case of the boy ?

Do course level and number of courses taken per semester matter for application ?

I take 3 courses per semester and 1 course in the spring and 1 in the summer. I have a very high GPA with this schedule. Would this disqualify me from certain law schools ?

Hello all,

I'm currently scoring in the high 150s and low 160s on the LSAT. I was wondering how I can increase my score even further and preferably by 20 points ?

Several LSAT companies promote the idea of predicting after reading the question. How important is it to predict ? Does prediction mean having an idea of what the correct answer is going to say or just an example of a correct answer ?

Hello all,

Why do some spring/Summer courses say they are closed and that you have to contact the department ? Like what is the point of putting them in if they aren't even open to being selected by students ?
