Arc Raiders sold 2 million copies in the last 2 months as people claimed the game was dying..
When will people realize Steam charts by itself means absolutely nothing. They only track concurrent users, not even DAU which would matter more. Arc Raiders is very popular on both consoles as well which Steam charts don’t account for.
The player base is still growing and healthy. Total 16M units sold, most games will never come close to that milestone. ARC raiders has sold more in the last 2 months than Marathon’s all-time units sold. Insane.

Seen a lot of confusion about the update cycle change. Please read Embark’s entire post. Regular updates will continue as usual, major significant ones will be grouped together to allow to create more drastic changes to the game
We’re literally getting an update next week with a new trader that impacts and improves the game in many ways. Updates similar like this will continue to be done in the shorter-term.
Increasing the development cycle for MAJOR updates allows them to create significant changes to the core mechanics of the game with proper testing. This is an ambitious investment for a brighter future for Arc Raiders that everyone was hoping for. Allow them time to cook, this is Embark’s main money driver they ain’t going anywhere.

Arc Raiders released over 6 months ago and is still within the top 10 most played Steam chart. Don’t listen to the fear mongering of the game being dead.
Outperforming Marvel Rivals, Overwatch, and Apex who are all widely successful still with massive bases. This game is here to stay and is one of the most successful multiplayer games in the past half decade. Over 15M copies sold with less than 100M budget. Embark has a big war-chest to continue to develop quality content for years. Speranza ain’t going anywhere.
