Big interview coming up and I keep fixating on my hair, anyone been here?

Got a final-round interview next week for a job I really want. I should be prepping answers but instead I keep thinking about how thin my hair looks under conference room lighting. I know they're not hiring based on my hairline but the anxiety is real and it's eating into my actual prep time. How do you guys handle the hair worry before something high stakes so it doesn't take over?

Salt Lake City Ghost tour recommendation?

Hey all! I’m going to be in Salt Lake City for the first time on my birthday this year (June 28) and I really want to go on a ghost tour. Nothing too scary or 18+, i’m planning to take my 16 year old sister.

thanks in advance!! :-)

Pittsburgh ghost tour, any recommendation?

I’m sure not many people that live in Pittsburgh do any kind of ghost tours, but I thought I’d still ask. My teenage son would like to do one on our upcoming trip. I’ve done a basic Google search and see a few that get good reviews. . There are a couple others that get 4.8 average review. Just curious if there’s any particular ones that are more recommended than others. Thanks.

Fort Lauderdale Ghost Tours

has anyone done any of the ghost tours around the city? (who’s a native here)

looking for a good one that’s not the same stuff you see and visit normally on an everyday basis

my boyfriend and i currently live in old city so would we be wasting our time going to one that is touring the same sites and streets we walk pretty much everyday?

we both have never been on one so we’re not sure what to expect but figured we might find a fun one

let me know!!!

Best man at a wedding next month and dreading the photos, any advice?

My best friend asked me to be his best man and I'm genuinely happy about it, but the honest first thought after "yes" was about how my hair's going to look in a hundred photos I can't control. Thinning at the crown and front. These photos are forever and I'll be standing right next to him in all of them. How do you guys deal with being photographed all day when the hair situation is weighing on you?

What's in your stack that survived the trim, and what got dropped?

Been at this for about 2 years and the stack has gotten smaller, not bigger. Started with 8 things, now down to 4: NMN, TMG, magnesium glycinate, vitamin D.

Dropped a B-complex that did nothing I could detect, fish oil after the rancidity rabbit hole spooked me, ashwagandha because the effect plateaued, resveratrol after losing trust in bioavailability claims. What's in your stack that survived the trim, and what did you cut?

Stacking NMN with TMG, what's your morning fasted protocol look like?

Been on NMN for about 4 months, added TMG roughly 6 weeks in for the methylation piece. Current protocol: 250mg sublingual NMN fasted in the morning, TMG (around 1g) about 30 min later with breakfast. Bloodwork at month 3 showed NAD+ moved up from baseline, which was the thing I was actually trying to verify. Energy is more consistent through the afternoon. Sleep was the first thing that shifted (faster onset, fewer wake-ups around 3am). Two questions for the group: 1. Anyone running NMN + TMG and noticed methylation-related symptoms (irritability, sleep issues, anything)? Trying to figure out if I should be tracking something specific. 2. For sublingual vs swallowed, has anyone done back-to-back stretches and tracked the subjective difference? Curious whether it's worth the extra friction. Also still on the fence about adding apigenin for the CD38 angle. Would push the morning stack to 3 things which feels like a lot. Curious what the heavier stackers in here are doing.

What does your morning routine look like for crown thinning?

28 and the crown started showing about a year ago. Started fin 4 months ago but obviously that's a long game. Trying to figure out what to do day to day so I'm not stressing every morning. What's your routine? Anything specific you do before going out vs just at home?
