Went there today and ordered 3 chicken biriyani parcel at 8.33pm and they told to just wait few mins with the bill.Time kept changing,parcel hadn't arrived till 8.50pm.We went again and checked with the cashier guy who told that the stock got over just as soon as he billed as and he didn't know the issue when billing.He told to wait 10 more mins so that the new stock would reach soon from their kitchen few kms away.We waited again another 20 mins and yet the reply was to wait some more time.After 45 mins of waiting for nothing,we compelled them to pay back the money we had paid and left the place,empty handed.The issue isn't with the cashier or the supplier or the owner but a total management issue.Just putting out here incase if someone will find it helpful the next time they do this.
