Are women really being harassed in Pakistan? I think situation is way better than other non Muslim countries like India or west !
I have only observed uneducated mostly poorer people starting at girls as harassment in Pakistan …

Switching Companies still realistic with all the layoffs?
Market feels pretty rough right now with layoffs and hiring freezes almost every other week.
I’m currently employed but thinking about switching for better pay/growth, but getting mixed opinions everywhere.
Some people say if you’re employed it’s still fine to look and be selective. Others say don’t move unless you already have a solid offer in hand.
