Ok so I'm going insane over this. I've followed many videos on how to update, yet my issue is that it wont. I've input the file to the update folder on my psp 1000 both with 6.61 then tried again with 5.00. The current firmware it's on is 3.95. This is my first time working with a psp and I have no idea what is wrong. Also when I see the videos it shows system settings that my psp doesn't have, such as usb charging.

Not sure if this is important but I'm using a battery I bought off amazon so it's not the official one, same goes for the memory card it has. I'm using a psp adapter and putting a sd memory card in it.
