Saw a place I like but then looked it up and saw this. Now I'm unsure. What do you guys think? There's no Class C violations, but many of the complaints concerned heat.

I (24m) am an incoming law student at St. John's. Looking for someone (or multiple people) to split rent with for a lease that would ideally begin Aug. 1 or Aug. 15. My budget is around $1500 per person or less. I'm open to any neighborhood around the school or anywhere on a bus line.
I don't drink/smoke, am clean, and keep to myself. I have an adult cat I'd be bringing along, he's super chill and sleeps for pretty much the whole day.

I have an international flight that happens to depart on midnight after the World Cup final. I totally forgot the final would be on this date. I'll arrive at the airport early regardless, but are you guys anticipating heavy delays at/around JFK that night?
I'll probably take the LIRR to Jamaica, then Air Train in. Could also get dropped off by car, but that may not be an option for me.
EDIT: Also -- I know the final is at MetLife. But I'd imagine a chunk of travelers will fly back from JFK.
They sound like they are doing improv or something? I usually don't mind but it's almost 2am on a Sunday night. Anyone know what's going on?
There was a rooftop concert earlier in the night so maybe it's the same crowd.
