Pc turna on for a split second then immidiately turns off.

Specs:

Intel I5 12th gen 12600KF

Nvidia RTX 4070 Super (Asus)

Lion Li O11 Evo Case

Gigabyte Aorus Z790 Motherboard

2TB Samsung 970 SDD

2TD Seagate 7000RPM HDD

Corsair RM750 PSU

32Gb of Corsair Vengeance RAM

As said in the title, the PC immidately turns off after pressing the power button. Pressing the power button again does nothing. A few weeks ago my PC started freezing randomly, about once per 2 days and it completely froze, even the power button did nothing and the only way to reset it was to physically turn off the PSU. Starting a few days ago my PC would immediately turn off after being turned on. Everything was off exept a red LED on the GPU, labeled "LED2". Reseating either the gpu or psu cable fixed this. Today it completely broke and I cant get it to turn on as the cable trick stopped working. How would I go about fixing this?

How do I tell the difference between plain dirty cylinders and moldy ones?

So I'm new to collecting cylinders, and I have around 25 of them. When I'm looking at cylinders on eBay, for example, I'm not sure what to look for when differentiating dirty cylinders or moldy ones.

What does turnover and rolloff mean when equalising 78RPM records?

I'm digitizing some of my 78 and when I looked into how to equalize them I didn't understand what rolloff and turnover meant. What is a simple explanation for these terms?

How would I go about aligning these two tracks?

So, I've got two copies of the same records and tried to mix them into one track, essentially halving the surface noise. However, once I did this it created a very strange, moire like effect. How would I go aligning the tracks so that this does not happen? Or could it be because I set up the records unevenly and the tiny, imperceivable wow form that caused this?

How does this even happen? My guess is that since these records were made to be put into an automatic record changer, the foam pads on the bottom fell off and it grinded against the hard metal plate. Not sure though. It was cleaned.
