Help again pt 2

For some reason I’m not allowed to post images on my previous post. So I’ll try again.

Hi all!

We are looking for recommendations for thermostats. We’ve tried Nest before and weren’t fans. We want something that is low tech and doesn’t require the need for WiFi. We have a 1200sf condo that gets a ton of sun so cooling is important. But we have also have freezing summers. Any suggestions? We currently have these old school thermostats and they’re hard wired in.

Recommendations

Please help me design my bedroom

Not sure why my other post was flagged but here attempt number 2.

We just bought our first home and are looking for input. We have a king bed with a 14” gap behind it. Theres about 30” around all sides of the bed. On the right side of the room, there’s a bathroom and a closet. We want to get rid of the night stand on the right and maybe do something built in. What should we do with the 14” gap?

First home purchase

We are in the process of purchasing our first home. However, the home does not come with a refrigerator and all of the other appliances are original (2008/2009). Right now, we are ballers on a budget lol.

Today we went to Abt. I told the sales guy I didn’t really want an LG but he pushed an LG bundle on us anyways. The price of the bundle was in our budget ($7000 for fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, install, taxes, delivery, etc).

I got home and read all the reviews and kept coming across how LG cannot maintain its temperature and it hovers around 40-42° especially at the left door. The dishwasher doesn’t dry properly especially for the cost. Oven does its job. Microwave has a lot of functions that don’t quite work properly either.

We want to take advantage of the 4th of July sales but are back to square one. Do yall have any suggestions? It’s just the two of us. We meal prep for the week so space is key. I have like 10 Trader Joe’s dinners hanging out in the freezer along with my favorite tub of ice cream.

How many years do I need to work at USACE in order to qualify for a pension? We don’t really have an HR in our district and I have asked several people and they’ve all given different answers.

My princess will be 15 in July. I’m nervous to have a dental cleaning for her at such an older age. Her vet recommended this being her last one. Has anyone had their senior pup get a dental at 15 yrs old?
