Which one is better for notes taking in Xiaomi pad 7?

I need a tablet for my study purpose notes taking and reading with good battery life and 11-11.5 inches of medium display. Also it can long last for 3-4 years without any lags.

I have a doubt, some youtubers say xiaomi pad's start to lag after taking 20-30 pages notes. Is that true ? because i need to buy a xiaomi pad 7 for notes taking purpose as samsung tablets are now overpriced.

Someone is selling a 2 months old Xiaomi Pad 7 (12/256 GB) nano texture display variant in 22k INR. Should I buy it or not ?

I am getting Xiamoi pad 6 6,128 variant in 20k (new) and it's pen in 2k (2nd hand). Should i go for it or not ?
