Home business registered under Qatari but is operates from a non-qatari household?

As an expat ,I'm exploring options for additional streams of income.
I'm thinking to open a small art and craft workshop business in Qatar and then expand potentially.
I plan to host the workshops in cafes/creative spaces.

I'm aware that only qataris can establish home license for such activities. For expats, we need open a cr with an office address(which will require renting an office space).

I can start , and test the market and then jump on to doing the needful legaly after testing and validating the service- but this is an expensive route i cannot take now and neither im willing to wait until all is sorted because then ill probably not start. i need to build the momentum and eventually all will fall into place.

But for now What is the most budget friendly approach as a expat in your opinion?
Which and how much approx. it would cost for budget friendly renting for office?
For the workshops themselves, what do cafés/creative spaces typically charge?
Is it legal if the business is registered under a qatari but is operating from a non-qatari household?

Would appreciate all your advices as i navigate this new journey. Please feel free to correct me on any incorrect information i may mentioned. im welcoming any and all insights provided as i am just learning this along the way.
i hope this thread helps and becomes a **point of reference for the expats in Qatar that are in a similar position who wants to build something** but have their hands tied because of the tedious process.

Problems in Qatar that needs solution

Curious to hear from you guys- what are some problems you face in your day to day lives that you wish there would be a solution for.

For example, I think there should be better/respectful way to call supermarket staff to the car instead vigarously beeping.

Edit: I think I need to clarify that I’m a female, it is uncomfortable to walk into a 15 meter square space, thus the need to call the staff outside for assistance. Otherwise I agree if there’s a way to get your things done yourself, then why not? Hope this clears it up.

Soft skills Training for kids, Teenagers

Is there a place I can take kids(8-15 years old) to learn soft skills(After school). like communication, debates, team work, time management, problem solving, adaptability, critical thinking etc? I feel these skills are what is needed in the job-market at times, no matter the technology advancement at the time. I consider them joker/ immortal skills. Trying to prepare them early on, especially that due to Qatar's labour laws, they will not be able to learn these skills until they enter the job market/volunteering(15-18 years).

Trying to instil these skills early on.

Other parents, care takers, do you think such courses/trainings would add value to the quality of your kids life or it's too early? Your advises is much appreciated.
