I've got it after a surgery and people say there is no cure to this, and it's really disappointing me, is that real?
the big issue i'm facing my meds are now working or works very late and it's makes me insane

إذا في بالك لعبة وناوي تشتريها، كلمني وبشتريها لك من حسابي وارسلها للحساب حقك ولازم يكون حسابك سعودي عشان قيود ستيم وبالمقابل؟ راح أعطيك عليها خصم 5% عن سعر ستيم الأصلي، وتحول لي قيمتها كاش (STC Pay أو بنك)
ولكم كل اللي تبغونه من اثباتات او اي شي علشان الواحد يكون خاطره مرتاح.
للامانة، عشان نكون واضحين ونمشي بالسليم، التحويل يكون أولاً بعد ما نتفق، وانا بكون معك خطوة بخطوة بالديسكورد أو الواتساب لين تفتح اللعبة بجهازك وتتأكد.

does anyone has that after surgery?
It's so strong with me, and I can't stand it at all and been with me more than 1 year after surgery.
- I even take my one of my medications that should work after 30 min for 12 hours and it doesn't work at all most of the times because it's doesn't pass the stomach fast.
- if I ate, I feel the food so heavy in my stomach for a long time.
- 1 month ago I did an endoscopy and the doctor found the last food I ate 11 hours ago still not digested at all in my stomach.
- I also don't go to the bathroom a lot, sometime once or twice a week.
please I need help :(
it keeps trying to charge me everyday through steam wallet, please I need a way to cancel it
I tried everything I tried to cancel this and I can't they want to charge me because I forgot to cancel it in the first 30 days and now I don't know what to do
