Gastric delay emptying after Nissen? Please need help

does anyone has that after surgery?
It's so strong with me, and I can't stand it at all and been with me more than 1 year after surgery.
- I even take my one of my medications that should work after 30 min for 12 hours and it doesn't work at all most of the times because it's doesn't pass the stomach fast.
- if I ate, I feel the food so heavy in my stomach for a long time.
- 1 month ago I did an endoscopy and the doctor found the last food I ate 11 hours ago still not digested at all in my stomach.
- I also don't go to the bathroom a lot, sometime once or twice a week.

please I need help :(
