I know this is a low trust sub. But, I am quite serious about finding something platonic. The reason why I mention sub or that I will prefer a dom female is because I might want to talk about the FLR dynamic (I don't have anyone to talk to about this). I am at a life stage where if such things are not going to happen in real, I don't want to invest in it.

So this post is all about finding an online friend, sharing anecdotes from our lives, sharing weird silly things we find funny, talking about our many controversial opinions, being real with each other, probably even arguing, fighting. Including but not limited to supporting each other, uplifting each other, being vulnerable and actually caring if they are doing well. I want to be able to drop a text or share a reel during work hours, have a laugh, tell you about little wins and listen to yours.

Basically, a friend who can handle me being slightly feminine. Someone who will initiate conversations and put in efforts just as much as I do. But, I know for that to happen, we actually have to vibe, respect and find each other engaging. So I am ready to go through the interrogation stage, have slow conversations trying to learn about each other.

I also realise that this like finding a needle in a haystack. So I will really appreciate your presence.

I bring curiosity, obsession about music, psychology, human behavior, and philosophy. I have multiple interests and hobbies - I love playing the drums and doing tours on my Royal Enfield Himalayan 411. I have a fulfilling job, surrounded by interesting people. I am hoping to add you to that list eventually.

What would you miss, if at all, if the entire human race disappeared except you, your friends and family? Would you miss the rest?

Edit: I really appreciate all your responses. I hope everyone reading this thread is reminded that even as strangers to each other, we are all so connected, and valuable to each other. Sure, we could live without each other or might even prefer some of your absense from a nice beach. :D But we would still miss you if you're gone. I am so grateful that we all exist, and sharing this timeline in human history. The weight of this realisation is truly beautiful to me. Okay, pheeww, enough tears, back to wars now.

Not your interest or your hobby, you do them because of who you are. Not what you do for living, you do them to sustain who you are. Not even the spiritual enquiry, you do it to detach your ego from your self.

I am asking who you are?

How do you feel when you spot a couple fighting? How would you reconnect with an old friend? What purpose would you give for it? When is it worthwhile to keep fighting for someone? What makes you look at someone and say "attractive"? Why do you think you are attracted to someone like that? What irrational reason could make you cry? What your political views and why?

That's what I'd be interested to know, this tells me who you are. This could potentially allow us to feel less lonely because thousand miles apart, yet you are able to acknowledge someone's existence and have yours in return.

Talking about interests can only go so far, let's talk about our existence. Frankly, it will take years to have this conversation in real. Online it is only a dm away.
