The great All American Pizza show was so easy to find and we missed

The original person that ended up giving the original great All-American Pizza show audio was in high quality there is no physical way they only got the audio and it was high quality.. they either had to have the actual thing and have it digitized, or worked at the radio station when the ad was showcased.

Socks

On July 5, 2005, I was helping clear out the wreckage of a house fire in my neighborhood. The structure was mostly ash, but inside a scorched plastic bin in the basement, I found a water-damaged VHS tape. It had a faded, half-melted barcode sticker from a local video rental store, but someone had slapped a piece of masking tape over it, crudely labeled: "Peppa Pig - Pilot (2002)."I brought my video camera along to document the cleanup. At one point, I decided to record the TV screen while playing the tape back to see what was on it.The footage was bizarre from the start. Unlike the cartoon we know today, this was live-action. Actors in stiff, poorly proportioned mascot suits moved robotically across a brightly colored set. Because of the fire damage, the tape suffered from standard tracking errors and minor audio hums. I assumed everything weird about it was just a technical glitch.About two minutes in, the character of Peppa walked away from the main set toward a small plastic playhouse. The cheerful background music abruptly dropped out, replaced by a low, rhythmic tape hiss. The exact moment Peppa’s foam hand touched the plastic doorframe, the tape glitched violently. The video frames seemed to tear apart, and the screen dissolved into heavy, blinding television static.Simultaneously, a deafening, distorted man-like scream tore through the audio. It was incredibly aggressive and mechanical, sounding like a human scream being violently crushed by extreme audio clipping and feedback. Because I was recording the playback live, the audio completely blew out on my camera's mic.The static instantly cleared for one final second before the tape cut to black. The playhouse door was wide open, revealing a completely pitch-black interior. Peppa was gone. The only thing left on the set's fake grass were her empty, oversized character socks, lying completely flat on the ground.Right after that frame, the tape completely melted inside the VCR.
