Should I quit before or after the schedule is released?

Hi, I'm planning to give my two weeks' notice in a few weeks, and I was wondering if it'd be better to submit it before or after the schedule releases for the following week.

Edit: My concern with giving it before the schedule is released is that they're more likely to give me bad shifts, since they know I'll be leaving.

How bad of an idea would this be?

How bad of an idea would it be to commute to Toronto each weekend for work? I'm going into health science and did IB in high school, so the workload should be manageable. I would probably be missing the second weekend of orientation, and I know my social life in general would suffer. However, I really like my current employer and am considering having a career with them. Also, if it doesn't work out, my thinking is that I can always just quit later. I know this is likely a horrible idea, but where would you rate it between "likely unmanageable" and "completely ridiculous?"

Living on an LLC floor

I got a room on the third floor of Leonard Hall, and I just found out that that's where the social science and humanities and the CS LLCs are (probably should've known beforehand, but oh well). I'm in neither one of those LLCs, but I was wondering what the experience of living on an LLC floor would be like, and how that would differ from a regular residence spot.

Possible Mistake on Financial Aid Application

Yesterday was the hard deadline for financial aid, and when I applied, under family savings, I just listed the amount of money my family had in cash and didn't include stocks. I emailed the registrar's office a few weeks ago to ask for clarification, but they didn't respond. Now, I'm terrified that I committed fraud or something. Should I have included stocks, and if so, how can I rectify my mistake?

How do traditional schools (eg. All Star, AMB) compare with kruzee for online learning?

I want to start taking lessons for my G2, but unfortunately, the in-person times for driving schools don't match my availability, so I'll have to do the theory portion online. I was wondering how the online portions for traditional driving schools compare to Kruzee. Kruzee is a lot more expensive than schools like AMB or All Star, so I'd prefer not to use it, but I would if the quality is better.

Financial Aid Hard Deadline

Hi, I was wondering when the hard deadline is for financial aid. On the timeline on the Queen's website, it just says something like "July is the last chance to apply," but it doesn't say when in July. I saw somewhere that the hard deadline is July 11. Is that true? The paragraph-response questions are kicking my ass, ngl. For those, is it okay if your answer is like half the character limit...

Chinese Canadian Personal Finance Resources

Hi, I'm getting a bit concerned about whether my mom will be able to retire. I introduced her to Ben Felix, but English isn't her first language, so she can't really keep up with his videos. I was just wondering if there were similar online resources in Mandarin, or any Toronto-based Mandarin-speaking financial planners that she could possibly see.
