What’s one KIIT expense nobody warns you about?
Apart from the obvious tuition, hostel and mess costs, what are the random expenses that keep showing up once you’re actually here?

Not academics necessarily. I’m more curious about the stuff nobody really prepares you for when you join. Getting used to the campus, making friends, hostel life, managing classes, figuring out the whole routine etc. What took you the longest to get used to?
Every college has that one thing you only understand after spending a few months there. Could be hostel life, attendance, academics, food, clubs, placements, or even something completely random.
For current KIIT students, what’s something you wish someone had told you before joining?
Description:
Lately I’ve been getting bored of the same hostel → class → hostel routine 😭 I want to go somewhere for a change, but every time I ask around I get the same 2-3 suggestions. KIIT people, where do you actually go when you just want to get out for a couple of hours?
One thing I’ve noticed with college discussions is that everyone talks about placements and packages, but barely anyone talks about the small things that actually make college life bearable.
For current and recent KIIT students, what’s one decision you made during college that you’re genuinely glad you made?
