Get Flock Cameras the flock out of Williamson County
This is the sort of thing China has been doing. The leaders of Williamson County should be ashamed of themselves, or move to China.

Ticket pricing issues for the San Marcos, TX Block Party 2026
The additions in red are mine. At the top it says "The total price listed includes ticket fees." At the bottom it says "A processing fee may apply and will be shown at check out." This is deceptive and might not be legal.

Reheating a steak
OK, this is about reheating, not cooking. Over the weekend, we went out for a lovely dinner. I had a beautiful, Kansas City Strip steak, just the way I like it: medium rare. It was too large of a steak for me so I took the rest home.
I preheated my toaster oven to 200 degrees F. I put it in until the internal temp of the steak was about 98 F. I took it out and pan seared it for about 20 seconds each side in a cast iron skillet wit a bit of oil in it.
It tasted every bit as good as when I was eating it t the restaurant.
